"From a single coffeeshop stall at Ang Mo Kio, our founder single handedly expanded the business to over 10 coffeeshop stalls. We usually receive curious questions about the age of our founder, given how modern his concept is. He is in his late 60s! Along the way, a central kitchen was set up at Shimei East Kitchen to ensure the consistency of our food and to improve the efficiency of logistical processes. We are committed to establishing our brand and to distinguish our food quality in the market. To cater to a wider crowd, we are also constantly on the look out to add new products to our menu.
